While in San Diego visiting my good friend Liz, I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of her well decorated home. The red front door, wall of windows, and pillowed porch chairs was welcoming enough but it only sparked my interest to what the inside was sure to offer. The best part, she has created a colorful & comfortable space all on a budget. How? By creating her own art including paintings, door wreath, and framed prints, purchasing furniture from goodwill and re-upholstering, as well as purchasing inexpensive frames and then painting to color desired.
