more often than not i have days when i'm too impatient with my little girl and don't allow her to explore as we walk outside or enjoy this or that longer or simply just be. i get too worried about schedules and getting from a to z in record time. today as i hurried her along several times and even cut her normal nap time routine short, i stood outside her door and wished i had done things a little differently. i then hung a sign on my door reminding me to be a good mom and live more in the moment instead of rushing them along.
