it's nice when although an intended project doesn't work out, you can still use the supplies purchased for said project. i intended to cover varied sizes of paper lanterns with paper of my choice and hang in the little gal's room, but my watered down decoupage solution for adhering the paper didn't adhere like i planned. luckily i wasn't too attached to the idea and opted for a quick statement that would still fill the corner i desired and give the room a little simple whimsy. it may not be incredibly pro but it makes me smile when i walk into her room.
