don't wait

have you ever lived somewhere for so long and then visited a hidden gem and wondered why it took you so long to visit? we did this a couple of weekends ago. we visited liberty park and marveled at the huge playground, well equipped with fake grass & musical toys, splash pad + stream, carnival rides + popcorn, horseshoe/basketball/tennis courts, and even paddle boating. it was a lovely morning and we won't stay away so long next time.
